• 0세부터 1세까지(유아): 객실 내 기존 침대가 아닌 별도 유아용 침대를 요청하는 경우 추가 요금이 발생할 수 있습니다.

• 2세부터 7세까지(아동): 객실 내 기존 침대가 아닌 별도 간이침대 요청 시 추가 요금이 발생할 수 있습니다.

• 8세 이상 투숙객은 성인으로 간주합니다. (아동의 성인 요금 기준은 정확하지 않으므로 자세한 사항은 호텔에 문의하시길 바랍니다.)

• 모든 연령의 아동이 투숙 가능합니다.

• House Rules:

• 1. No Pets allowed

• 2. No Smoking inside the house.

• 3. Do not wear your foot wear inside the house.

• 4. Please do not throw any Tissue / Toilet Paper, Paper Towel, Napkin, etc into the toilet bowl it will not flush and will clog the toilet. If that happens you will be the one responsible for the declogging and declogging services will cost you ₱3,500. We have provided thrash bin and plastic bags, please use it properly.

• 5. Do not lose the key for the door, if you lost the key we are going to replace the smart door lock for everybody’s safety.(Lost key will be ₱1,500 fine)

• 6. Do not remove or modify the Accounts from Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, HBO Go and the TV box. Avoid installing apps into the TV.

• 7. Ensure all electrical equipment, lights and water faucets are turned off before leaving the house, even for a short period of time. Likewise, these should be turned off when not in use.

• 8. Clean the equipments after use. Kindly treat the unit as yours and maintain good sanitation and orderliness.

• 9. Garbage sealed in a plastic bag and can be disposed at the garbage bin outside.

• 10. Avoid making loud noise especially at night time in order not to disturb the neighbors nearby.

• 11. Do not try to open the windows behind the TV set.

• 12. Any damages or lost items incurred inside and outside the house shall be borne by the guest/s.

• Any inconvenience or if problems arise during your stay, contact the Host immediately so that issues will be resolved as soon as possible.

• Cooking Rules:

• We would just like to inform you about our rules regarding cooking inside the house

• 1. We prohibit cooking of strong odor / smelly dishes. We want our guests to have a fresh smelling place to stay.

• 2. Open the kitchen windows and close the bedroom doors when cooking

• 3. Clean kitchen thoroughly after every cooking. Wipe kitchen floor, walls of oil splatters.

• 4. Wash dishes after use. Help us keep our place clean and fresh. Thank you for observing the above rules.
