Ballycastle Town Centre Apartment

Booking was confirmed to us. When we arrived around the time we stated on the booking, no one was there. The door was closed. No key. We searched where we could and knocked on doors of others. Unfortunately no success. Phone numbers of Agoda or the landlord have not been provided. We then sent messages but there was no response at that moment. Because it was already early in the evening and we needed a place to sleep, we had to arrange something else. Totally not our fault but the landlord refuses to refund the money. He sent me large e-mails but all his arguments are not relevant. He refuses to look at the situation from a customer point of view.
