For what we paid and the website hype of this hotel k was expecting a much better experience. This was a dated room. The door on the balcony was broken which is dangerous given we were on the 5th floor Bed and pillows were uncomfortable, sheets felt cheap The property was clean but very very dated. We were staying a night after a long drive and a long drive the following day so was hoping for something much better. Down stairs in the car park was gross going to and from the car as the cigarette smoke engulfed the area. They should make smokers stand in open air or something.. it should not be legal for them to sit in a passage way. Staying in one of the cheaper motels likely would have been equally as good. Check in staff were lovely and helpful.
