As a business owner, I do alot of traveling and have had the opportunity to stay at various hotels, some of which included other Extended Stay's. Upon my arrival, I was immediately greeted with a genuine smile by the young lady at the front desk. Since I had arrived before the listed check in time, I didn't think I would be assigned a room yet, but to my surprise, she was able to hand me my room key within a few minutes. I went up to my room and was very impressed by the cleanliness of the entire property, including my room. I placed my luggage in the room and went downstairs to grab the kitchenware, and the woman who had checked me in was about to enter the elevator as I was about to exit, and she immediately asked me if I was happy with my room and if there was anything else I needed, to which I told her I was and that I had gone down to grab the kitchenware. At this point, I expected her to instruct me to ask the other front desk staff that was there, since she seemed to be on her way to do something else. But instead, she told me she would get that to me right away and walked back to the front desk and instructed the other young lady to get me the kitchenware I needed. She even checked in with me after to make sure I had everything I asked for and to see if I needed anything else. I've never come across a more attentive and genuine staff, not even the staff at high end hotels I've stood at have measured up to the group here. I've been here 2 weeks already and their quality of service never changes. They go above and beyond for all of their guests and never fail to say hello or ask how your day is going. I highly recommend this location to anyone who likes that "just like home" kind of feeling accompanied by a 5 star experience and every amenitie you could need all under one roof all for a great price. I guarantee you won't be dissappointed.
