• Avoid slamming doors and keep the volume of TV/sound systems as low as possible.

• Please do not forget that whilst you might be on holiday, the neighbours are not. They have to work the next day and have children to get to sleep.

• Guest Numbers

• The Security contractors are empowered to attend the house, at any time, and are at liberty to remove people causing a disturbance.

• Parking

• Smoking in the house is PROHIBITED - an extra cleaning charge of £250 per room will apply for any smoking or evidence of smoking in the house.

• All guests must follow current national guidelines.

• All guests must respect the space of other guests and the neighbours.

• Before parking on the street please make full use of any off road parking.

• To avoid noise complaints, we ask that you are as quiet as possible between 21.00 and 08.00.

• We reserve the right to terminate bookings, without refund, due to excessive noise.

• Images are recorded and may be passed on for law enforcement purposes in accordance with GDPR and other applicable data protection laws.

• COVID-19

• This is a fire safety rule. We must have an accurate total number of guests.

• Other than the guests, listed in your booking, there must not be anyone else in the house overnight.

• CCTV covers the exterior and common areas inside the house and is operated by registered security contractors.

• General Health and Safety.

• We reserve the right to check numbers and will cancel bookings, without refund if the total number rules are not followed.

• Security

• Short Stays and the Security contractor are ICO registered.

• Any signs of drug use in the house will be reported to the Police and your booking will be terminated, without refund, and the extra cleaning fee will also apply.
