Luxury Penthouse Apartment

We enjoyed the room and the location, but unfortunately had a very bad experience with the staff service during this booking. We requested early check-in through Agoda and asked if there would be an extra fee. The response was that they would help with our request, and the way it was communicated made us believe the early check-in was free. No one mentioned any fee again—until the day we checked out. On check-out day, a staff member contacted us via WhatsApp and asked us to leave 500 CHF in cash on the table in the living room. We were shocked and, of course, did not do it. This felt very unprofessional and suspicious. Also, during our stay, the staff asked to enter our room to do laundry because the room next door had just checked out. We were not in the room at the time, and we felt this was a strange and unacceptable request, so we refused. Overall, even though the room and location were nice, the strange behavior and poor service from the staff made us feel uncomfortable. We do not recommend staying here.
