• Please note: No smoking is allowed inside rooms, including the conference room. There will be a USD 200 cleaning fee imposed for any evidence of smoking. Smoking is permitted outside. All cigarette butts must be placed in designated trays/buckets or an additional USD 200 clean-up fee will be added. Property is pet friendly. Please call to arrange a stay in a pet-friendly room for an additional charge and pet deposit. Only Duraflame/pre-treated logs may be used in the fireplaces. No natural or fresh-cut wood. No open flame candles allowed. Damages from embers, candles or irons to carpet, bedding, and/or property will be charged for repairs. Property reserves the right to immediately evict any rooms that are over occupancy without refunds and/or charge a USD 40 per person over occupancy fee in addition to the nightly rate.
