I was so disappointed in this hotel. We had booked this hotel for 2 nights thinking we’d get an “exceptionally rated hotel” and also qualify for Mt. Olympus passes for the double night stay….not correct. We found out upon check in its for stays Sunday thru Thursday. (Which was upsetting cause I had called the hotel itself prior to confirm this and on arrival the representative stated I had been told wrong) We also didn’t get the “exceptionally rated” hotel experience. Rooms were clean but beds were hard and pillows worse, my room was “damp” upon arrival-my socks got wet walking across the room. I’m not sure if they had just shampooed carpets but it wasn’t comfortable. I changed the thermometer/air conditioner to Dry to suck some moisture out but still not great. No coffee in the rooms-but they do have centrally located coffee. Staff was very kind, but housekeeping does not refresh rooms now since Covid. Two “water parks” in the hotel. One for kids under 11-probably more suited for kids less than 7 and the other is a pool with 3 small slides. My kids enjoyed that but I didn’t enjoy that the tables to sit at were behind the slide so you couldn’t watch your children easily. You have to drive to any dells attractions as it’s not located on the “strip”. We will NEVER stay here again.
