Disclaimer. I felt this all around siargao and not only in this specific hotel. But since this is the only avenue i can review my experience and to safe guard other people from what is to come. I would have rated this hotel higher if it didnt show some kind of unwelcoming vibe. Specifically for residents of luzon or manila. Again, i felt this in my whole week of staying at siargao. But really confirmed it by seeing daily; different guest coming in and handled differently (specially when you are a foreigner or not from luzon). Even in the manager's way of reception you would see that you are not welcome. The only good thing about this hotel is the cleaning ladies. They were polite and cleaned the room thoroughly. I hope this will help the hotel improve.
