I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The property itself was decent and the stay was comfortable overall. However, I was disappointed with the breakfast service. While booking, it was clearly mentioned that a buffet breakfast would be provided, but after check-in, the staff informed me that only an à la carte option was available due to less occupancy. This change was not communicated in advance and felt misleading. It would have been better if the hotel had updated the information on the booking platform or informed guests beforehand. Moreover Service was very slow at restaurant at the time of breakfast

Wonderful Stay at juSTa Palampur Resort and Convention Centre We had a great experience staying at juSTa Palampur Resort and Convention Centre. The hotel is beautifully located with a breathtaking mountain view that made our mornings truly special. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and there was ample space for parking, which added to the convenience. The food was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. A big thank you to Neha and Arun from the restaurant staff for their warm service and attentiveness throughout our meals. We also want to specially mention Mr. Rajeet, the hotel manager, who went out of his way to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable. His hospitality and helpful nature made a real difference. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Palampur and looking for a peaceful and enjoyable stay!

We booked superior room which was bit old but decently maintained. Rooms size was ok with a very nice hill facing balcony. This property is away from the city area but not far and located on the main road. it's peaceful location Hotel staff was courteous. Breakfast was good

I always prefer staying at Hotel Justa whenever I visit Palampur, and it never disappoints. The hotel’s peaceful environment, excellent location, and well-maintained facilities make it a top choice for both leisure and work stays. A special shout-out to Shalini at the reception, whose warm welcome and professionalism make check-in a breeze every time. In the restaurant, Neha and Arun go out of their way to ensure every meal is enjoyable. Their hospitality truly adds a personal touch to the experience. The rooms are clean, tidy, and comfortable, which adds to the overall relaxing vibe of the property. The only thing I miss is a smart TV in the rooms, but honestly, with everything else being so well taken care of, it’s a small compromise. Highly recommend Justa Palampur for anyone looking for comfort, calm, and quality service. Looking forward to my next stay!

The hotel is little on the highway and outskirts but easily reachable. The staff was well behaved and the room had all the required facilities. Breakfast buffet was good. Will recommend.
