“The resort area is small but no less the beautifully landscaped gardens and resort property. I booked a deluxe pool villa but they free upgraded me to the highest class pool villa for which I am very grateful. The room was impeccable. Modern but with traditional Vietnamese charm. Had a big pool in the villa but unfortunately the water was too cold. But the resort has a warm water pool too in the Spa. The plus was definitely the room. It was so spacious and luxurious. Resort had only one restaurant. The menu was limited but complete. The vietnamese food was exceptional but didn't like the western food we ordered from the set menu for dinner. The restaurant staff was more than friendly and polite and always checked on the guests and the food. I think with the cozy and luxurious rooms the resort concept is for the guests to fully rest and relax as there were no activities and facilities apart from the Spa and pool. There was a billion table though. The spa was amazing too. A 6 hour long drive from Hanoi is worth if you choose the correct room type and go. I must say its suitable for couples as kids and big groups might get bored a bit.”
