“Breath taking scenery while cursing down these phenomena limestone structures. Definitely a 6stars! Cruise experience overall was average. However the dinner, the crew, and definitely the tour guide Mr Lam, made up for the shortfalls. Mr Lam was such a legend!! Did the extra mile to ensure the cruise group were well taken care of especially visiting the sites which was super crowded and queues were so disorderly and badly disorganised. Facilities of the cruise was so-so, nothing much to do but that was why we signed up Hermes. Just wanted more privacy, less crowded and quiet. Cabin was ok, nothing much to comment, it was quite dated but overall still considered clean. Balcony was a plus and the problem is the smoker! As much as we wanted to chill outside the balcony and enjoy, we’re quite unfortunate to have a chain smoker right above us (btw we’re at level1). The cruise should really look into separating the smoking cabins from the non smoking ones. ”
