“The hotel ambience is strongly appealing and it justifies being a boutique hotel. The interiors are nicely decorated with historical themes. The room where I stayed as single occupant had enough space but the same room with two occupants will appear a little tight because the rickety bed is set with the wall on one side. The bathroom is barely adequate. There's a huge lobby and well laid out. Breakfast is a la carte and good. Mr Abdurahmon serves it nicely. The only downside is that you have to make a call for everything. They won't make the bed, clean the room or change the towel and supply soap and water etc on their own. You ask and they will give. Cost cutting ideas perhaps. When power went out for nearly one hour one morning no one bothered to start the generator. I talked to them and was told that they don't operate the captive power generator if there's an outage during the daytime. It is costly, the front desk said. Despite shortcomings like this, I will not hesitate from recommending this hotel at this price point. ”
