“We mailed our park passes to the hotel. The front desk pretty girl helped use contact her boss and the post office staff, even wrote an authorisation letter for us to take it out. Furthermore, she also helped to prepare hot breakfast for us. It was the first day of our American national park trip, it makes me felt very warm although the weather was cold. Unfortunately I forgot to ask her name, just want to say thank you again here ”
