“This was a second stay and it was as great as the first: NO carpet - just clean floors, unique decor, electronically functional, sparkly bathrooms with lots of towels and niceties. Hot breakfast including fresh fruit, multiple bread choices, juices, omelets, bacon, etc. Meeting areas, pool table +coffee & tea all day. No rehab or refurbishing in this young property. And a lovely welcome on your TV. Delightful!!! ”

“My husband and I spent 2 nights at the Hyatt. Our room was clean and comfortable. The first night someone from the front desk came up and successfully adjusted our heat. They also made sure that our refrigerator worked properly and sent us the microwave that we requested. The free breakfast with "Real" bacon was a welcome treat. We enjoyed our stay. ”

“Hampton Inns have been my “go to” hotel when traveling with family as usually a good accommodations and breakfast. I was disappointed with this particular Hampton Inn, however. My reservation indicated check-in was 3:00, however at the front desk I was advised it would be 4:00, without even knowing what type room I’d reserved. After an extended check-in procedure, we did get the room at 3:45. After coming back from a concert, there were NO parking spaces in the hotel lot, and even the specified handicapped spaces were filled by persons HC plates or placards , which I did have. Informing the front desk of illegal parkers was met with a shrug of the shoulders. I was advised this was a “full” night for the hotel and nothing would be done. I had to park on a neighboring property. The breakfast buffet was one of the weakest I’d ever seen at a Hampton Inn and also the noisiest. Other guests had young children running all over the area and wailing for no particular reason I could see, with the parents doing nothing to restrain their charges. We left and went out for breakfast. Again, this experience was far below what I have had a numerous other Hampton Inns, but I will not be staying at this one again.”
