“Man was at the front desk wanting to switch rooms when I Got there.So they switch him to a room I was supposed to get and gave me his.I got a better room thanks to him.”

“Overall our brief stay was nice. The staff was very friendly but sometimes difficult to communicate with in English. The prices in the restaurant are astronomical for breakfast so try to ge that included. We would stay again!”

“The hotel is currently under going refurbishment which we weren't aware of. The price certainly didn't reflect work was ongoing. Although no noise while in our room. The hotel feels like a site. Entrance relocated and hoarding up. The lifts were clearly being used for construction traffic and were in a very poor state. We stayed for 1 night as werw flying out early next morning. We asked for a 3.15am wake up for our flight. We got woke at 2.15am instead which with a child was horrific add on to an already early start. We have stayed in better for less Wouldn't recommend.”

“My family and I stayed at this hotel before and after our cruise out of port Tampa. The hotel was clean and relaxing with an enjoyable breakfast. Mr. Marcel Hill at the front desk exceeded my expectations at every interaction. His professionalism and passion for the hospitality industry was enjoyable to watch. I spent 200+ nights/yr in hotels for a decade and don’t think I’ve ever experienced more professional personal attention. Mr. Hill is a tremendous asset to this property and the staff as a whole, made our stay very enjoyable. Thank you for making us feel welcome ,we were truly treated like family. We ll be back!”

“We were on a family trip to Tampa and booked the junior suite. The size of the room was great. They made the sofa bed for us and brought an extra bed since the kids didn't want to share the bed. Tha mattresses are more than awful, even for small children. For the second night they put a mattress on top of the other to make it better (but my kids are still complaining on backache). The room was clean, our king bed was too soft for me and the pillows old. The staff is great, the breakfast is great, the pool gives you a resort vibe. The location, is pretty much the airport. Parking is $18 per night. Overall, the sleep part wasn't great, if they would update the mattresses and pillows it would be a 10. Everyone was nice. Oh! And because of the hurricane that happened a few months ago, only 1 elevator was working, so it was bit busy and had a guy inside pushing the buttons for you.”

“Ok first, I did not get the room I reserved, king bed !! The photo in Agoda looked nothing like the room. Staff super friendly, was very clean, could nice big screen TV, good value for the money. Shuttle starts at 6am so early morning need to use Uber, no breakfast! I would stay there again.”

“Our stay was short, only one night but we enjoyed it. All of the staff that we had contact with were super friendly. The room was nice, everything was clean. You could not here people in other rooms when we were in our room. That was nice. There were a couple of maintenance issues that need to be addressed, mainly that the shower door would not stay closed when you were in shower, but nothing worth complaining about. We would definitely ”
