“I booked here to enjoy the rooftop pool. After all, it is the main photo on all booking websites. There was no indication that the pool was shut down for renovation prior to booking. I found out after booking. This was a huge bummer especially for the price I paid. On my day of checkout, the water for the entire property was shut off. Letter at the front desk said the water would shut off at 11 AM, but in fact, it shut off at 10 AM while I was showering. I thought I still had time to finish getting ready and check out. On a positive note, housekeeping is great! I wonder how they cleaned all the rooms on Sunday with no water?”

“We were on a family trip to Tampa and booked the junior suite. The size of the room was great. They made the sofa bed for us and brought an extra bed since the kids didn't want to share the bed. Tha mattresses are more than awful, even for small children. For the second night they put a mattress on top of the other to make it better (but my kids are still complaining on backache). The room was clean, our king bed was too soft for me and the pillows old. The staff is great, the breakfast is great, the pool gives you a resort vibe. The location, is pretty much the airport. Parking is $18 per night. Overall, the sleep part wasn't great, if they would update the mattresses and pillows it would be a 10. Everyone was nice. Oh! And because of the hurricane that happened a few months ago, only 1 elevator was working, so it was bit busy and had a guy inside pushing the buttons for you.”
