“We spent our anniversary celebrating in St. Augustine. The Old City House Restaurant has been a favorite of ours since moving to this area 7 years ago, but we had never stayed at the B&B before. This is an old place, but has been reasonably updated without losing its classic quirks and charm. The room was very nice and the bed extremely comfortable. Temperature control was excellent--very important in Florida summer! We had arranged to have dinner as well and that was fantastic as we had come to expect. We shall definitely return. ”

“Cheap for a reason! This hotel is very dirty. Your feet will be black from the floor within minutes. Also had to go and buy roach spray just to stay the night and had to move the beds and everything to spray around the whole room. The drains are clogged in the bathtub and the sink. Avoid this place! Staff is rude and will try to blame you for everything. Also had bug bites on me when I woke up. ”

“Room is generous size and cleaned but no complementary breakfast. Walking across the road to St. Augustine beach. We checked in a prebooking place a mile away after 7pm but the inn is terrible run down and very musty odour so we left then booked this one on the night, got a reasonable good price. Bed is very comfortable. Had a nice sleep.”

“Staff was professional, friendly and very polite. Anytime a staff member makes eye contact with you they will greet you and ask you if anything is needed. Room and facilities were very clean. Room is very spacious, both the king and the two queen rooms. Hot breakfast was very good and never runs out, all items available until the last minute. Staff always cleaning the tables when people finish. Location is great, 10 minutes from the castle and historic district were all the sites to see are located. 15 minutes from St. Agustine Beach. And one cool thing we found there is a Whataburger about 18 mins from the hotel. 100% recommend this hotel. Will definitely stay here again if we come back to St. Agustine. ”

“The hotel and staff were great. The only issue we had was the AC in the room was loud and we had a hard a time falling asleep. Great private beach access and the kids love the heated pool. ”
