“Cheap for a reason! This hotel is very dirty. Your feet will be black from the floor within minutes. Also had to go and buy roach spray just to stay the night and had to move the beds and everything to spray around the whole room. The drains are clogged in the bathtub and the sink. Avoid this place! Staff is rude and will try to blame you for everything. Also had bug bites on me when I woke up. ”

“This hotel is a great value. The room was large, and clean. The bed was comfortable. A/C worked. Plenty of hot water for showers. The location is especially nice - you can walk into the scenic historic area, where there are restaurants, etc. The breakfast was above average. ”

“Great hotel in St Augustine. Was hoping it would be closer to the Historic attractions but we were still able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. We love walking so it was totally doable. The staff was friendly and helpful and the cookies were great upon our arrival. The hotel was clean and the hallways smelled wonderful! Our room was spotless and very comfortable! Loved the bathroom with the shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and lotion on the wall. So easy to dispense and no little bottles to deal with. The breakfast was good and had everything we wanted. We only stayed one night but would highly recommend this hotel! ”
