“The staff was nice and very accommodating to your needs. The hotel was spotless the grounds were very well kept up you could tell that they really take pride in their hotel. The staff is excellent I cannot say enough good things about this hotel it even has an IHOP in it. It's close to everything that's convenient in St Augustine and it's right off i-95.”

“Booked a room with a golf view for 2 days. Upon the day of arrival, tgey said they don’t have a room with a view and that they would refund the difference in the amounts. Second day they allotted the room with golf view but that refund for 1 day was never issued.”

“Staff was professional, friendly and very polite. Anytime a staff member makes eye contact with you they will greet you and ask you if anything is needed. Room and facilities were very clean. Room is very spacious, both the king and the two queen rooms. Hot breakfast was very good and never runs out, all items available until the last minute. Staff always cleaning the tables when people finish. Location is great, 10 minutes from the castle and historic district were all the sites to see are located. 15 minutes from St. Agustine Beach. And one cool thing we found there is a Whataburger about 18 mins from the hotel. 100% recommend this hotel. Will definitely stay here again if we come back to St. Agustine. ”

“Great hotel in St Augustine. Was hoping it would be closer to the Historic attractions but we were still able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. We love walking so it was totally doable. The staff was friendly and helpful and the cookies were great upon our arrival. The hotel was clean and the hallways smelled wonderful! Our room was spotless and very comfortable! Loved the bathroom with the shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and lotion on the wall. So easy to dispense and no little bottles to deal with. The breakfast was good and had everything we wanted. We only stayed one night but would highly recommend this hotel! ”

“We chose Hilton for our short 1-night trip and wanted to be close to St. Augustine downtown. We drove and got to the hotel almost 3 hrs early and were able to check in early which was great. The room was spacious and clean.”
