“Staff was professional, friendly and very polite. Anytime a staff member makes eye contact with you they will greet you and ask you if anything is needed. Room and facilities were very clean. Room is very spacious, both the king and the two queen rooms. Hot breakfast was very good and never runs out, all items available until the last minute. Staff always cleaning the tables when people finish. Location is great, 10 minutes from the castle and historic district were all the sites to see are located. 15 minutes from St. Agustine Beach. And one cool thing we found there is a Whataburger about 18 mins from the hotel. 100% recommend this hotel. Will definitely stay here again if we come back to St. Agustine. ”

“This hotel is a great value. The room was large, and clean. The bed was comfortable. A/C worked. Plenty of hot water for showers. The location is especially nice - you can walk into the scenic historic area, where there are restaurants, etc. The breakfast was above average. ”

“The hotel has a parking lot fee of $15 a night. Also they were experiencing some electrical issues. So we were not able to use their gym. But they got us access to the Hampton Inn close by. The water is like $3 per bottle so definitely buy water somewhere else. But other than that room was clean, everything looks new and staff is somewhat good. Was a short stay for us but not bad. ”

“Clean, modern and comfortable hotel. Nice breakfast. Free and easy parking. Hotel located quite far away from historic old town, near interstate highway, but access to old town visitor parking (price 20 dollars per day) was quite easy with car. Hotel is not something fancy but is of good quality and you get a lot of value for your money. Recommended if you dont need walking distance to beach or old town. Hotel seems to be quite new and there was some construction going on outside, but this did not bother us ar all.”
