“Overall I would recommend this hotel, it was clean and met my business travel needs. Due to elevator maintenance however, wait times for elevators were extremely long (sometimes over 10 minutes)”

“It's a nice clean property. Once quite an architectural showpiece. The agoda page features a Breakfast Included line. There was no breakfast. We spent time over two days trying to get them to honor a refund. When we checked out the refund was not applied and they told us it was too late, we should have asked for the refund before we checked out. Which we had been doing for 2 days. There are not a lot of options in downtown Springfield for breakfast so this was doubly annoying.”

“Easy check in/out. Rooms are large but dated and could use a more thorough cleaning/ repairs, updates. Maid service is only between stays unless otherwise requested. Good off street parking. Rooms are a little loud ( could hear traffic and trains) ”
