“Good location, service and hospitality”

“The grounds are beautiful. Wish I could give same to The rooms. Rooms very cramped for suite. Tiny tv in front of window at an angle in bedroom. Bathroom almost in bedroom. Breakfast was very Good. Lots of different choices. Happy hour with free drinks and food was also very nice. Location is great. Can get anywhere easily. Not sure room is worth the price. Lots of families with kids. Busy place. ”

“The mattress and bedding linens are super comfortable. The room is very clean but in smaller size. Pool, spa and bbq areas are very nice. Good breakfast in quaint dining room. The only con is noisy air condition.”

“Super dirty rooms including the sheets, and full with cockroaches, horrible staff member and customer service. don't pay them in advance. When I first arrived the room the toilet were already clogged. They moved me to another room, Couldn't sleep well because the refrigerator made loud noises there. Both rooms had bad smell in them. Staff member Omar identified as the manager (he isn't), refused to transfer me to another room and said that the only solution for me is to disconnect the refrigerator or just leave and get a refund. His voice was shaky and it seems that he's in some kind of a fight or flight mode although I was stating my criticism in a very calm and polite way. I stayed because I had a business meeting scheduled for that hour. Next morning I woke up to see cockroaches in the room. Omar didn't want to address it. He offered me to leave and get a refund again. I didn't get the refund until now (more than a month after) because the front desk don't answer the calls from AGODA. The cheapest motels in my trip to India were much cleaner than that. If you have any standards don't go there, If you don't - just sleep in your car..”
