“Hotel is amazing ”

“We used this hotel as a stop on the way from El Paso to Denver and it was really good for that. No issues. It’s near a mostly defunct outlet mall and not far from a Sam’s Club for some cheap gas. It’s easy to get back on the road from here. Also, the free breakfast was pretty good.”

“Everything about this hotel was great. Until I tried to sleep. Do not get placed in room 118 if you are not a heavy sleeper. The head of the bed is on the other side of the electric room wall. It buzzed and hummed all night. I was exhausted the next morning. My husband is a heavy sleeper and it did not bother him. ”

“The door to the outsider in my room was bent so from the lock in the middle upward, the top of the door was completely away from the frame. The next morning I told the man at the desk, approximately at 6:10 and his response was that they should get guest boxing gloves. I think he was already aware of the problem and didn’t seem concerned.”

“I've enjoyed my time at the Ramada. The room was nice and clean, the staff was friendly and helpful--yet out of the way--and the internet was good enough to get some things done. Having stayed through holiday weekends and the like, my neighbors seemed to have a bunch of fun, but that's no blame of the hotel...and truth be told, so would I if that were the event I was here for. Either way, my stay at the Ramada was good, and I ;look forward to many more nights as I figure out which direction I am to travel and what the future wants me to be. Happy New Year!! ”

“Our family stayed in several hotels across AZ, NM, CO and UT this summer and this was one of the most expensive and one of the most disappointing for the price. The environment was cold like a motel, the staff had no personality and no customer relations experience, very poor quality room products. The hotel is new so it was in good condition but in a sterile kind of way.”
