“We called at noon to confirm our check in time and were GUARANTEED a 4:00 pm check in. We arrived at 4:00 pm and they told us our room would be ready in 5 min. When we went to the room the cleaners were just starting because apparently an "elite guest" had requested a later check out. We did not get into our room until 5:15 pm and had a 5:30 rehearsal dinner which we ended up being very late for. The staff was very unhelpful. Our family had 3 rooms booked for 2 nights and I asked that 1 night be comped. They refused and were very rude about it. The rooms were never cleaned. The AC in our room did not work which made getting ready in a rush terribly uncomfortable. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Will never go back.”

“The room is modern and clean. The location is good. However the Breakfast is way below my expectations. No fresh hot food at all, just few choice of pre package food and the microwaves. One of them does not work well! Consider the name Hyatt, and the room rate I was very disappointed,and won't return to this chain. Marriott Residence where I stayed last month is far more superior. ”

“우리는 여기서 하룻밤을 지냈고, 공식 체크인 시간보다 한 시간 이상 일찍 체크인할 수 있었고 여기서의 우리의 체류는 원활했습니다. ”

“We booked 2 rooms. The room with 2 queen beds at the front corner is roomy and nice. However, you need to wear slippers otherwise your feet will be dirty with dirt. They didn't put shampoo and conditioner in bathroom so we had to go to the front desk to get them. The second room with 1 king bed is small. The wall in the bathroom needs to be patched and painted. The telephone cable needs to be hidden behind the nightstand instead of left a bunch out there. There is a second door in the room that is locked and I don't know what it is for. It's not the connecting door to next room. The AC is right under the window so when it runs, it blows the window curtains up that people from outside can see inside. You need a clip to clip it down. There is no available outlet near the bed so I had to unplug the nightstand lamps to charge my phone. The first room has the outlet on the lamps. The check-in/out is quick but the front desk guy doesn't look like he likes his job. I feel like the room cleaning team that they hired is nicer to guests than the people working here. This facility is more like a motel than an inn. I don't want to come back here even though their rate is reasonable for the area.”
