“The Stanyan Park Hotel is right by Golden Gate Park - perfect place to explore the city. Museums, great restaurants near by, the park has so much to offer as well. The Hotel is well appointed, quiet, old school charm. ”

“The hotel was in a great location and had a cool theme and art all around. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the facilities clean. The bed was quite comfortable. Beware that there is no air conditioning (at least there was not in our room). The ceiling fan made some terrible noises when on, and the bathroom door (sliding door type) left a gap of several inches. The shower is quite tiny and cramped, and it is hard to shower without getting water all over the bathroom. ”

“Room was in a great location for walking to bars/restaurants in the neighborhood and short 10 min walk to Kite Park with a great view of the city. The room we stayed in was tight. Just enough room for a bed and a suitcase. Probably better for 1 person than two but they did make the most out of the space. ”
