“I like the location I like the hotel how clean it is! Only thing I don’t like is that toilet is dumping water a lot without me pressing anything and I’ll let the maintenance know they don’t care about it. Also, the fire escape on the sixth floor was locked in case of fire I cannot escape for my life! I’ll let them know if they don’t care about it!! ”

“The facility was very nice but 2 nights in a row we had very loud neighbors that we complained about and then promised they would be closely monitored for noise after hours but the next night nothing was done and we had to call In the middle of the night for help again it was terrible. Then my son lives in Houston and after the hurricane he needed help With food, gas etc and I asked the hotel if I could cancel and get a refund for the next night because of this emergency and i needed to go help my son but they would not do it due to their policy I thought this wrong in this situation. ”
