“Had a very nice stay. Only problem we had was our flight arrived at 8 am and had to sit in hotel lobby until 2 pm to get room. Hotel said the night before was sold out and needed time to clean rooms. I get it, I really do. But with a staff of 8 to 10 room cleaners, this first available room should not be 4 hours after their starting time, and if that's is the case it would be well over 24 hours to have a hotel that size ready for next day. Story does not add upp. If we could have changed the airlines arrival time we would have. Was Jerry worried about parking vandalism that was posted online but we left our car there a week and no one bothered it. Great blackout curtains and super soft bed”

“It's an ok stay but breakfast was a major disappointment. I do not believe the staff understood why it was so disappointing. Numerous guests were frustrated with the meal. On our second day we chose a local restaurant instead to avoid the frustration. Also, the meal area size does not support the demand. Breakfast at the hotel is always a big thing for the kids and I. This was a reminder to keep to our past experiences. I had to ask for towels for our second day. Is this now a hotel expectation for more than a one day stay? All just weird for me.”

“The lady that checked me in was great. The room was dope. The area is terrible. Beware that the area has high criminal activity. 5 cars including my own were broken into and many things were stolen. Other hotel residents were not made aware until I told hotel staff and they told us that someone else called 911 earlier and yet, the rest of us were not called down. Honestly would avoid staying here unless you arrive in an Uber. DO NOT leave your personal vehicle in that parking lot.”
