“We have had some residual issues that honestly were probably from the last GM. A new GM with years working for BW started 2 days ago. She is all over the place today. We had a ripped sheet that the kind lady downstairs apologized for profusely and came up personally to change. The breakfast was ok. Renewing what ran out was not happening timely. Napkins, coffee, milk, syrup. Beds are AMAZING. Loved the cotton linens. The bathroom door gets stuck against the toilet and takes an extra shove to pass. Flooring was nice but needed to be mopped. We had dirty feet and it was kind of sticky like it had build up. The staff has all been as friendly as can be!!”

“Outside looks nice but inside looks like an old Motel 6. Everything is old and worn. Carpet, elevators decor and everything else is in need of a refurbishing. The only thing that was good was the breakfast and the welcoming staff. I recommend all wait until the refurbishment of the interior is completed. I’ve stayed in other la Quinta’s before and this one wouldn’t stand up to those. This was motel 6 quality. ”
