“Great hotel. Minor issues. In room coffee service could be upgraded - need additional coffee pods, creamer and sugar. No wall-mounted towel racks? Where do I hang my towels? It's these little overlooked attention to detail issues that drive me nuts when paying this much for a hotel room. I plan on staying here again trips in January and February, therefore it would be great to see this little modifications made so this hotel is truly the FIVE STAR facility it advertises itself to be.”
