“Arrived at late night. Front office staff didn't allow check-in without credit card. Cuz they need deposit. I am international traveller and unfortunately my card didn't work. I requested front office staff for take cash as security or my travel document but she denied. Fortunately Uber driver made deposit on my behalf then only we got check-in. Hotel management should think about such situation. Rest other was good.”

“FYI - One side of the hotel faces a massive cemetery for those who cares.”

“The staff people were great and very helpful. There is a table with coffee and tea available 24 hours a day. The room was very clean. Thetr was luggage dollies available. The inside is very well maintained. The hotel is very convenient to the airport. There is also a van shuttle. The breakfast time is 7 to 9 AM. There was scrambled eggs, sausages, waffle maker, bread, muffins, bagels, two types of cold cereal and banana and apple.”

“I was very very very impressed with Ms D (pardon me if i haven't got the name right) and GM Mr Gary. Arriving late in a foreign land as a solo female travellor, Ms D has been very patient and helpful providing information and assistance. Mr Gary was very helpful when I had to wait for my friends to arrive and was worried about not having enough room to rest, he has kindly allayed my anxiety and helping me to get settled down so that I can ease my mind while waiting. Thumbs up to the great team! The hotel breakfast was great too.”

“We stayed for one day. The hotel was very close to our destination and St.John Fishers University. Good parking, excellent, spacious room and bathroom...well appointed, very clean, comfortable beds, all amenities. Excellent breakfast the next day. Overall, very pleased with our stay. ”
