“저는 로프트에서 며칠을 보냈습니다. 직원들은 제 일일 여행 연장에 대해 매우 이해심이 많았지만 어떤 날에는 후속 조치를 취했습니다. 미니 로프트에서 라디에이터가 여러 번 작동을 멈췄지만 직원들이 재빨리 고쳐 주었습니다. 또한 시트를 바꿀 때마다 베개 아래에서 긴 검은 머리카락을 많이 발견했는데 꽤 역겹습니다. 왜 계속 그런 일이 일어났는지 모르겠습니다. 그들이 라디에이터 문제(특히 겨울철)와 머리카락 문제를 해결했다면 훨씬 더 나은 경험이 되었을 것입니다. ”

“이 호텔은 매우 편안한 객실, 친절하고 훌륭한 직원, 그리고 멋진 바와 편안한 부스를 갖춘 훌륭한 레스토랑 Char를 보유하고 있습니다. 로체스터에 머물기에 정말 좋은 곳이었습니다. 아트 디스트릭트 근처에 위치해서 더욱 좋았습니다!”

“Pros: Clean, comfortable bed and front desk staff were welcoming. Cons: Only one working elevator, ice machine on our floor was missing, smoke detector flashing all night, charging pod on my nightstand did not work, outdated shower sprayed water all over the floor, temperature control didn't seem to cool the room to the selected temperature. ”

“The Hilton Home suites in my opinion is not worth the money. Upon arrival my room wasn't ready so I waited 30 mins to be put it an handicapped accessible room which was ok. Then as I was watching television I hear a loud thumb then running and jumping. Apparently the walls are paper thin because I herd children playing as if the were in the room with me. Lastly the brochure says breakfast ends at 10 am well it ended at 9am. Not a great experience. 😣”

“Me and my family love staying here because it's never over packed! We also love how quiet it always is when we stay here which helps during bedtime. My only complaint is the food! Sometimes some of the food isn't cooked fully and some of the open condiments aren't fresh! But other than that it has a restaurant in walking distance along with other restaurants only a few miles away!”
