“We stayed for one day. The hotel was very close to our destination and St.John Fishers University. Good parking, excellent, spacious room and bathroom...well appointed, very clean, comfortable beds, all amenities. Excellent breakfast the next day. Overall, very pleased with our stay. ”

“Pros: Clean, comfortable bed and front desk staff were welcoming. Cons: Only one working elevator, ice machine on our floor was missing, smoke detector flashing all night, charging pod on my nightstand did not work, outdated shower sprayed water all over the floor, temperature control didn't seem to cool the room to the selected temperature. ”

“The Hilton Home suites in my opinion is not worth the money. Upon arrival my room wasn't ready so I waited 30 mins to be put it an handicapped accessible room which was ok. Then as I was watching television I hear a loud thumb then running and jumping. Apparently the walls are paper thin because I herd children playing as if the were in the room with me. Lastly the brochure says breakfast ends at 10 am well it ended at 9am. Not a great experience. 😣”
