“We really love this hotel and stay here often when we travel to Reno. However, this last trip was a disaster. Our room wasn't cleaned properly, the dishwasher had dirty dishes in it, and there was a pair of random socks under our bed. If the sheets didn't smell clean and looked new, we would have stayed somewhere else. The shower whistled when the hot water was on and it was like a high pitch dog whistle so it hurt my ears. The water pressure sucked so I never felt clean. The TV was randomly unplugged when we arrived and didn't notice until we tried to watch TV and plugging it in was a mission because we had to climb under the desk and attempt to find the outlet blindly. Another thing that was a huge inconvenience was the access panel for the building we were staying in quit working so we had to walk all the way around the property to the other set of doors to enter and find the elevator and then walk like a mile to our room. The bed was comfy as usual, and the location is always the best. We still recommend this place because out of the 6+ times we've stayed here, this was the only time we've had a problem. ”

“This place was brand new, clean, smelled great. The breakfast was good. The beds were comfortable. And the price was good considering there were 6 of us. ”

“We booked this hotel because it was only 5mins away from where we would be frequenting for the night. Check in was very easy, the staff was friendly and when we got to our room, it smelled and looked very clean. One thing I really loved was that after my shower, I noticed there was no hairdryer in our room, so I called the front desk and the women (shorter, spunky Mexican lady, new to the area, originally from San Jose, whos name escapes me) brought one up to our room personally. This was a great landing spot for our mini vacay. Would definitely stay here again. ”
