“This was one of the best stays at a hotel I personally have ever had. Very clean, great breakfast, Friendly staff, and my room was really comfortable. ”

“The pros: excellent location in a mall vicinity with a super Target across the street. The hotel is new it was clean and the staff was very nice....The cons: for an Hilton brand the breakfast could have been much better, it's a pet friendly hotel and so there were times when dogs were barking in the rooms. maybe because the owners let them in the room by themselves?? Also alarms kept going off for some reason 🤷🏾‍♀️... Also Nicole was exceptional she accommodated me of changing of my room. 😊”

Customer Service: The general manager was friendly and accommodating, allowing us to receive a fax. However, the front desk young male staff member left much to be desired. On one occasion, the staff member took photos of all 13 pages of a fax we received, containing sensitive personal information. This was a concerning privacy breach, and the staff member's lack of professionalism was evident. Other Issues: During our two-day stay, we encountered additional minor issues with the staff. For example, when I called to add my husband's name to the reservation, the staff member seemed confused and questioned the need for this change. Price and Value: Considering the price, the rooms were relatively clean and offered good value for money. However, the staff issues significantly impacted our overall experience. Conclusion: While this hotel offers affordable accommodations, I would caution future guests to be aware of potential staff issues. If you choose to stay here, plan ahead and be prepared for potential communication challenges. ”

“There were some booking issues for guests ahead of me at checkin through no fault of the hotel. I witnessed the receptionist assist the guests with understanding and patience to resolve the issues and make the guests were taken care of. If I had been one of the guests with such an issue that was the way I would have wanted to be treated. ”

“Spent two nights at this hotel. The room was clean and tidy. The beds and pillows were comfortable and clean. The hotel has a gym which looked well outfitted and a decent size pool, both of which I unfortunately didn't have time to experience. The breakfast was your standard continental breakfast fare with hotel eggs, bacon one day and sausages the next, cereals, coffee, waffles, etc. The juice dispenser was out of order, but OJ in a pitcher was available on ice. The breakfast staff was extremely friendly, and the rest of the staff was courteous and helpful. Overall, a solid hotel at a good price. I'd stay here again. ”
