“A front desk assistant, Michelle (I believe it is her name) is exceptional. She is good on what is her duties assigned and made me feel warm welcomed.”

“1) I picked up a good rate deal for 1 night nearly last minute the night before my trip. $98 before taxes and such. 2) Easy in & out access of the location. It's located street side. 3) Multiple staircases to get to yourupper floor room easily. 4) Quiet / minor traffic along the street adjacent to it. 5) Area is good. No signs of homeless or run down establishments. 6) A 24hr Jack 'n ' Box with drive through is very close by to get a late night meal or snack. 7) The room was quite clean and tidy except for 2 things. A) The floor cleaning/ mopping can be better so I wearing something unless your going straight to the shower. B)I can't per say how or where it came from but I had one bath towel with 2 very small clumps of hair inside the folding. Luckily the other towels had no faults. By the appearance, it's not the way when someone uses it and they break off in a regular way. ”
