“One of the garbage cans outside of the hotel caught fire. We were walking out of our sleep 4 o’clock in the morning not being able to go back to her room until 6:30 AM with no electricity no hot water and we weren’t able to take a nice, hot shower and enjoy the rest of our stay. ”
