“The new housekeeping policy only sends them every 3 days. I was there Sunday-Friday and they never came. I had to go and ask for more body wash. The owner even inquired as to why they hadn't came and it still didn't fix it.”

Everything was wonderful: the room, the staff, the gym, the breakfast, the free 24/7 coffee in the lobby … we can’t praise the place highly enough!”

“I have been a guest at The Graduate Oxford several times and the only reason I might return again is because of its proximity to the Oxford Square and its terrific rooftop bar, The Coop. It’s starting to look a little tired and it’s not as clean as it used to be. The hot water for the bathroom sink only made it to lukewarm. The hot water in the shower was only slightly better, but the pressure was low. After the first night of not sleeping well I was fixing the fitted sheet that had popped off only to find that there was no mattress pad between the mattress and the fitted sheet. I let the front desk know and about 6 hours later someone from housekeeping came to refill the body wash dispenser but had no idea about the mattress pad. She was very sweet and told me it was her 4th day on the job, but I really don’t think she knew what a mattress pad was or how to make a bed because someone had to come show her how it’s done. All that to say, I don’t think she had any training or guidance her first 3 days in the job. The front desk staff was extremely friendly and did their part to be helpful to the guests. Overall, I would give The Graduate 3 stars out of 5. ⭐️⭐️⭐️”
