“This place is in a good location @ 19th St and Ocean Drive. The pool is nice enough and well maintained which is important to me. The AC was modern and kept the room nice and cool. The place is aging, not gracefully. Needs much updating and cosmetic attention. Wouldn't call it clean but not the worst I've seen in O.C. It was short staffed the time I was there during Bike Fest 2023 and it wasn't easy to get any help. However it was less than half of what other nearby motels cost and that works for me. Look at the room you get while they are there with you and ask for another if it's unacceptable. If you are particular about your surroundings you should probably go elsewhere.”

“This was our second year here and it appears each year there are improvements. For example, the staff working by the pool are very attentive to the needs of the guests. There are towels on all the chairs and the staff walks around asking if anything is needed. The location is great, the staff is friendly, the rooms are clean. It was just what we needed. ”
