“Very few amenities. No breakfast and had to pay extra for facility fee and parking. Had to wait in line for an hour at check-in. Was told to check-in at 4 bit couldn't until 5. They sent a text at 10 to remind me to check-out before 11 but didn't care that I couldn't check-in until 5. And no welcome bag.”
