TOILET DIRTY, BATH TAB BROKEN, NO HAND SOAP, BODY BATH DISPENSER EMPTY, TWO TIMES REQUESTED TO CLEAN BUT NO BODY COMES TO CLEAN, FRONT DESK RUDE, ASKING FOR MONEY AND SECURITY DEPOSIT BY CREDIT CARD NO CASH. HORRIBLE BREAK FAST, BED SMELL FROM CARPET, CARTAIN, FURNITURES, VERY VERY OLD SHAPE AND NOT AT ALL WORTHY IN TERMS OF THE PRICE. OUTSIDE VIEWS ARE NOT GOOD EVEN IN THE EIGHT FLOOR. ONLY CAR PARKING IS GOOD OTHER THEN ALL ARE WORST.”

“I was pleasantly surprised! The staff was amazing and friendly, the location was perfect for everything we needed. There was a Wal-Mart, Aldi's, Sprouts, Super Target, and a Publix all within walking distance. Plenty of food options and if you happen to be a member there is an L.A. Fitness gym right next door. This hotel does allow pets so on the floor that we stayed in it did smell a little bit like dog, but that's to be expected considering there was carpet in the hallway. Luckily the room did not smell like animals have stayed there. Obviously they allow service animals to stay for free but Emotional support animals and other pets are $25 per pet I believe . I'm actually staying there again this week, so I would definitely recommend, especially if you're traveling with a pet. ”

“I'm one of the best customers and loyal customers over there and for me to not be able to get a room that someone else has damage shouldn't be on me it should be on them bc I didn't know that they had animals in the room until after I woke up”

“In the beginning I think it is great so that I extend another three days but in my last two days the elevator is broken and this is not good especially if you have lots of luggage and you have to go to the top floor.”

“Although the room was nice with a great central location, my partner and I had a terrible sleep. Despite being in the 6th floor, the noise from the rooftop bar and the bars on the street below crept into the room and was distracting. Furthermore, our AC came in and out, making for an uncomfortable sleep and any movement in the corridor was very loud. ”

“One of the desk clerks refused to allow me to stay another night because she said that I was harassing other guests. Every time that I’ve stayed here, I keep to myself, with the exception of saying hello to fellow guests. She must have me confused with another customer, because I never harassed anyone. I’m a quiet person. Her treatment to me was extremely rude and unprofessional.”

“La chambre était bien mais on doit demander pour avoir de la vaisselle sans la cuisine. Le lit est bien mais le divan lit est vraiment pas bien. Pas nettoyé et vraiment pas confortable. On a utiliser nos matelas de camping et dormi sur le sol. ”

“Recently checked into this place. Wasn’t sure what to expect when booking as was the cheapest around but I only needed a base as out everyday. Pleasantly surprised clean room, friendly staff great value for money. Only downside is right next to the main road and close proximity to the train line so can hear that depending what room you would be. So far would definitely be booking again for my next trip to Melbourne. Thanks ”
