“I accidentally booked this hotel planning to stay somewhere else. But I was very please with the service. My TV wasn’t working the lady at the desk came immediately to fix it. My only concern was the few gaps around the door. But I just put a towel down. I wasn’t aware that they offered shuttle service to the cruise port until the morning I was waiting on my Uber. I wasn’t aware able to cancel the Uber as it was way cheaper to use their services. Wayne was awesome. I left my portable charger there I called the lady at the desk said he could bring it to the port when I got back. He did saving me shipping since he was picking up a family. They even let you park you car there while you are gone if you book with them. It’s a 15-20 minute drive to the port. I will definitely book again. ”
