“뉴욕에 너무 늦게 도착해서 공항에서 가까운 호텔을 선택했는데 셔틀버스가 있어서 너무 편리했어요(먼저 에어트레인을 타고 펜더럴 서클역까지 이동한 후 호텔에 연락해 셔틀을 이용해야 합니다). 호텔에서 공항 터미널까지는 30분 간격으로 셔틀버스가 있으니 어느 터미널로 가고 싶은지 기사님께 말씀하시면 됩니다! 방이 꽤 크고 장비가 좀 낡았지만 전체적으로 깨끗해요 에어컨 소리가 좀 거슬리긴 하지만 전반적으로 나쁘지 않아요!”

“1. 아침 식사 쿠폰과 픽업 및 드롭 서비스를 요청하세요. 이것이 제 요청입니다. 다행스럽게도 이것들은 영어로 작성되어 있습니다. (나머지는 중국어로 되어 있습니다.) 그렇지 않으면 서비스 직원이 번거로웠을 것입니다.”

“Unfortunately, we had bought a room here for (1) night b4 flying out and another for the night for when we flew back in, our return stay months ahead of time, no refunds, velieve you me after our experience with the first stay, we surely would have requested a refund for the second stay. This place is horrible. Here are some issues from our 1st stay: after flying in from Chicago, the motel was not answering their phone for over (2) hours. We sat at the airport for (3) hoyrs before we were picked up. When we got to the motel, the coroner was there, finishing up. A person had died. Ok, i can understand but still, they just left paid customers waiting. Not right! Room was not all that clean. Special requests were not met. We did not get any sleep at all because they gave a room that faced the street, loud music and conversation right outside our window. They dont care. They charge over charge and want your money. We paid $118.00 for those issues. Next visit: 5/10/25...insisted on a more quieter area. That was fine, however, we get to our room...no towels, no coffee, no requests were addressed. Went to breakfast, piss poor. No waffles, person in charge cared more about being on their personal telephone then listening to how the patrons were reacting to things offered were missing. Went back to room to take showers and in the shower stall area were a couple of places on the walls where smashed roach bodies and smeared about. When existing our room, the cleaners had to other doors open to other rooms and it smelled, wreaked of fresh cigarette odor. The cleaners knew about it of course but no one cares. This is supposed to be a smokefree motel. I mentioned these issues to the desk clerk. She just kinda shook her head from side to side and thats all she wrote. They do not care. You should remove them from your advertising as a place to stay. This place is literally, disgusting. I wish I would have thought to take pictures. The carpeting smells bad is filthy and stain stricken. Builtup dust balls in the corners and looks like they definitely do not vacuum everyday. ”
