“Th eroom was very clean. The sheets and towels smelled clean, and the room was spotless. The room did have a faint musty odor, but that is common during the summer months with the A/C units running full time. No breakfast, but the rooms have a kitchenette. There are several food markets and restaurants within a mile. My room had two minor issues (missing TV remote and a loose interior door handle) which the general manager personally resolved within minutes. I would stay here again.”

“The property offers excellent value for money with top notch facilities and a friendly staff. The location is convenient, and the cleanliness is satisfactory. The staff was very nice to us during our stay making sure we had fresh towels the days that we stayed. ”

“I would rate Clarion 3/5. In the first night, the toilet was not working, and they changed my room, which I appreciated. I think Breakfast could be improved as there were nothing hot except the daily pancakes. I would suggest to add Bagels and Bread at least”

“We attended an event in Indianapolis and when we arrived the sheets and room were dirty and there was a dirty shoe print on my pillow case. I called the front desk to ask for new sheets and they said they would take care of it. When we returned that night nothing was done and the sheets had not been changed. We just made the best of it and we will not be using them again and would recommend going somewhere else. Not clean and poor customer service.”
