“We didn’t stay at all, we didn’t even check in or go to the room at any moment, they said they would refund the money, emailed them twice, called them a lot of times to refund the money and they would ignore us. This was in July. It is September, and they processed the payment as if we stayed there for the nights we had booked it”

“ Excellent value. Easy check in. Accomodating staff. Key cards always worked. Late check-out available. Large modern quiet room & clean bathroom. In-room safe ! Bed was large high & super comfy. Great night’s sleep. Nice gym. However, needs Do Not Disturb tags, more bath toiletries-lotion, shower cap, body wash etc, more SOAP. Breakfast disappoints no waffles/pancakes/ juice options but overall will return again. If flaws fixed, then 4-stars, if not then 3/5 stars. ”
