“I have stayed in this hotel because its very near and walkable distance to NASA(houston). The price is affordable and meeting its given facilities. My request is to provide some better breakfast food options.”

“I got to the hotel and my room was dirty, did not have towels, trash bins, toilet paper and the hot waterwas not working, apparently they gave us a room not prepared for guests, after complaining about hot water, they put us in a room that had all that finally, but only because the hot water was not working. They put us in a good room but the kitchen sink was leaking into the dishwasher and then the floor, I complained and they told me there was no one to fix it, and no one wente there to look or dry the kitchen floor, I left a towel in the morning and it was there wet when I got back. The staff did not help with issues and I also complained that there was no coffee and they said they would fix it soon, so not even coffee was available at all times. The reservations promise breakfast, you pay extra for it, and when you get there its not true, happened with 2 hotels on my trip.”

“The staff was really nice and accommodating. The only issue I had was I drove 7 hours to find out they don’t except Chime as a credit card”
