“Comfort Suites is on a side street from downtown, so it’s quiet yet you can walk to everything! Great location. Check in was smooth and the lobby was very inviting. The room was clean, looked new or recently updated and beds were comfortable. The shower did lack water pressure. We did not have the complimentary breakfast. Overall, a great choice for visiting Gatlinburg. ”

“The hotel was extremely nice, and peaceful. On the first night, there was a horrible stinch in the room. The Innkeeper tried his best to correct the issue by providing some neutralizer spray , and placing something in the vent of the ac. However ,the smell was unbearable in that room (115). The water pressure was fine on the night we arrived. The next morning, water pressure was horrible. There wasn't enough pressure to bathe an infant. The staff quickly moved us to another room the next morning. After those first few hiccups, everything was fine. The remainder of our stay was perfect. I will definitely stay here again!”

“i wanna complain their service attitude and quality. 1> when I checked in on 16 May. The checkin counter staff failed to confirm my breakfast for 3 ppl and pushed the question to breakfast provider next morning. And when I asked for breakfast in the morning of 17 May, the breakfast staff insisted on only 2 breakfast. I complained to the hotel manager and was given 3 breakfast for the morning of 18 May. overall, their service attitude was no good. (2) we deliberated asked for room service in the morning of 17 May. But the room was not cleaned when we went back in the evening of 17 May. We complained and the hotel account urgently sent some towels to our room urgently. YY WU”
