“I had an excellent sleep after travelling 34 hours from the other end of this world. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The staff were polite and very helpful. In fact the woman at the front desk thought I would not turn up because my flights were all delayed but she still held the room for me. The breakfast was simple but adequate. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean and safe place to stay.”

“I had to get my room Switched , got to the new room I was over it . Never will I rent a room here again . It used to be so nice , not sure if employees not doing their job correctly or it’s just not the best hotel for us . . Chairs has water residue , walls scratched up , head boards to beds dirty , party tape and decoration still up , floors not vacuumed , chairs to table not wiped down . What a terrible experience ”

“The room toilet had clogged and water was overflowing. I reached out to the front desk at 6:45 am. and someone from night shift was trying to help me. However, the one who took over the morning shift (name starts with D) was very rude and asked me to wait until 8:30 for maintenance. I was handed a plunger and asked to clean up by myself. ”

“금요일 늦게 도착했습니다. 남편, 아이, 그리고 저는 킹사이즈 침대에서 자고, 8살 아이는 풀아웃 소파에서 자려고 했는데, 풀아웃 소파용 시트를 요청해야 했는데 담요가 없어서 차에 담요가 하나 남아 있었습니다. 광고대로 아침 식사가 제공되었고, 투숙객을 위한 세탁실도 있어서 정말 고마웠습니다. 이전 세입자가 쓰레기통에 쓰레기를 버려둔 흔적이 있어서 조금 더 깨끗했으면 좋았겠지만, 전반적으로는 필요 이상의 기능은 했고 다시 묵을 의향이 있습니다. ”
