“It would be nice if the bathroom vanity had a light, it was hard to get ready in the dark. The pool was very dirty, sand and debris and the hot was not working. my husband slipped and hurt his knee and ankle walking into the pool. ”

“Made reservations online deal using AGODA. Thought I was getting an accessible room. When we checked in by Hiren. I was told my room was on second floor with no elevator. I asked for something on main floor. He said there was nothing. He didn't try to be helpful and was argumentative. He sent us to the building to be closer to the stairs to my room. He proceeded to talk to his friend and ignore us completely. Come to find out, it was closer to use the stairs in the middle of the building. My non-smoking room smelled like smoke. I knew Hiren wouldn't care or be helpful. The bathtub was slippery, had to put a towel down so I could stand to shower. The bed was the best. Comfortable and I was able to sleep. The morning staff person was a young gal, I don't know her name was so helpful, the way I know Days Inn usually is. She needs to replace Hiren, as her customer service was exceptional!”

“Eagle River is a tourist area, so affordable rooms are hard to find. This Inn was not bad for a holiday weekend stay (Labor Day). We had a good-sized room with lots of move-around space and a king-size bed. We had patio doors out to a patio that overlooked a lake, and there was a grill there. Overall, a very nice stay.”

“The room was clean and has been kept updated over time as this is an old motel. The queen mattress is old and was a bit sagging in the center. It had a refrigerator, microwave, and cable tv. The shower was a small unit, approximately 2.6 feet x 2.6 feet, but clean. Our room was next to the back door which was used as the main entrance/exit for the building so there was extra noise from foot traffic and conversations. Great location for downtown shopping since the shops were on the same block. No breakfast was included, except for fresh coffee each morning located near the lobby. The local bakery is located across the street and local cafes were a short walk away.”
