“So apparently there was an all night childrens party being held on our floor, thumping and children screaming and running through out the night well into the morning at 6 am. At check in I was asked floor preference but not asked if I would mind being on the same floor as an all night rambunctious party. Spent $175 to spend a quiet relaxing weekend with my significant other only to have the entire night ruined by screaming and running children with no one from the staff stopping this from occurring, this is horribly disappointing as we are looking for a hotel in Dover for bi weekly stays while in Dover for work but will not be returning to this establishment after this incident. ”

“At first glance, the hotel look up-to-date and well organized. The was no problem with the booking, the receptionist was friendly and check-in was a breeze. The room size was as expected for 2 double beds. The floor is not carpeted, but quite dirty. There are a lot of brown-reddish spilled-dirt marks on the floor around the beds like it was never mopped for a very long time. The mattresses have seen better days, creaking at every movement and can feel the metal springs pushing through. Sleep is not comfortable. Bath-towel quite smallish. One of the light not working. Ample free parking around the hotel. To look into ventilation (or floor insulation) as the room suffers from very bad condensation. The hard floor is all moist in the morning.”
